Chicago Botanic Gardens - Work in progress...

Almost done...Need a bench to sit in the garden and more refinements. Come to think of it, I used to be always on the move, not wanting to miss a beautiful flower or scene, never used the bench unless I was posing for a picture:), but now I sit sometimes, smell the roses and take in the view without thinking about missing out on stuff. Is it the aging process or the fact that I have visited the Chicago Botanic Garden at least a 50 times!

Summer is keeping me busy with everything other than painting! So I am posting this painting from some time back. Chicago Botanic Garden is a favorite place I frequently visit.
